💡Studying Tips & Tricks

• Understand why! Make sure you understand not only how to do specific statistical tests, but what they mean in context! 📈
• Study together! Studying with friends that keep you accountable can be a game changer. It can be difficult to tell yourself that you need to block out two hours tonight for reading your textbook. You and your friends can create a Fiveable Study Room where you can all study together! 🤝
• Understand the formula sheet! The Collegeboard is generous and gives you a formula sheet for the exam, so while you’re reviewing, make sure you can take full advantage of it! Know it top to bottom and understand all of it. 🧠
• Understand your calculator! Make sure you routinely practice with the calculator that you will use on the exam. Become familiar with it and make sure it won’t trip you up on the test. ➗

💻 Places to Study

• Study best with friends and enjoy meeting others? Check out Fiveable’s Pomodoro Study Room. Students come together to study any and all subjects while following the Pomodoro studying method.
• Study best alone? Create your own Fiveable Study Room to study by yourself or join one of Fiveable’s Discover Rooms and turn on Focus Mode when needing to block out distractions, such as the chat.
• Study best with others who are in the same course? Check out Fiveable’s Discover Rooms. Some of the rooms are subject-specific and others are broader. Use the search bar and see if there are any study rooms made for the AP course(s) you are studying.

Studying for AP exams can take a lot of time! When it comes closer to test day and you increase your studying time you have to make sure you are eating and drinking enough. It is incredibly hard to stay motivated and study effectively when you are dehydrated and/or malnourished.
