💡Studying Tips & Tricks

• Study together! Studying with friends that keep you accountable can be a game changer. It can be difficult to tell yourself that you need to block out two hours tonight for reading your textbook. You and your friends can create a Fiveable Study Room where you can all study together! 🤝
• Reference diagrams! Looking at pictures for topics that confuse you (cough cough cellular respiration and photosynthesis 👀) can make complicated processes easier to digest! 🦠
• Know your task verbs! Understanding what each task verb is asking for can help you succeed on the free response section. Check out AP Biology Penguins’ resource here. ✏️

💻 Places to Study

• Study best with friends and enjoy meeting others? Check out Fiveable’s Pomodoro Study Room. Students come together to study any and all subjects while following the Pomodoro studying method.
• Study best alone? Create your own Fiveable Study Room to study by yourself or join one of Fiveable’s Discover Rooms and turn on Focus Mode when needing to block out distractions, such as the chat.
• Study best with others who are in the same course? Check out Fiveable’s Discover Rooms. Some of the rooms are subject-specific and others are broader. Fiveable’s AP Bio study room can be found here! You can use the search bar and see if there are any study rooms made for any other AP courses you may be studying.

Studying for AP Bio can take a lot of time! When it comes closer to test day and you increase your studying time you have to make sure you are eating and drinking enough. It is incredibly hard to stay motivated and study effectively when you are dehydrated and/or malnourished.
